We don’t do refunds. Every Metal & Muse piece is personal, deliberate, and made with intent. Once it’s yours, it’s yours — no take-backs, no second guessing.

    Damaged or incorrect items? We’ll fix it. Email returns@metalandmuse.co.nz within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

    Custom engravings and made-to-order pieces are final sale — unless we messed up, in which case we’ll own it.

    No refunds for change of heart. Our work is bold, not reversible.

We stand by our craftsmanship. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right. If you’re just waffling… maybe gift it to someone with better taste.

We ship from Auckland, New Zealand using tracked courier services. Most pieces are ready to ship within 1–3 business days. Custom orders—including sizing adjustments or engraved messages—require 7–10 business days for production before dispatch.
